Terrible twos plus a full time uni load.. Chuck in flu season.. Its been rough but i love my son to death... Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi i am 5y.o boy's mom taking full time study plus working 3night shifts per week. I am really tired. :( just haing tight until this semester ends..
My mom helping me alot for my son's school drop off ... Otherwise i wouldnt manage... You are not alone... Lets hope this semester ends soon...
