Oh cool, thanks mystical, I've been a little out of touch with current events right now, so didn't know about this.

Hopefully it will be a clear night.

yeah, they was one over Sea Girt N.J. Next to where I live, it was pretty cool.

It was in the daytime.. it looked like a silver burst in the sky.. it lasted only a few seconds.. but it was impressive

No, they are not done. Tonight between midnight and dawn is supposed to be the best time to see more.
Its better over here in Jersey because you don't get the " city lights" glare from NYC.

I am going to see if I can stay up to see some more

Cool, thanks, that's what I thought. I need to try and stay up. I can go down to the Bay, it's dark enough so I should be able to see something.

I will take my dog with me.. my pal.. he will have no ideas what he is looking at.. but will lick my face anyway.
Life is good :)

I just saw one a little while ago! The sky is so clear tonight....itโ€™s awesome! Iโ€™m staying up for a while longer, hopefully Iโ€™ll see more of them. Theyโ€™re supposed to be active all weekend- has anyone else seen them?

Oh nice coolchic, where are you located? I ended up going to sleep, it started clouding up and got pretty windy.

I just walked down to the water but it's way too cloudy, bummer! Maybe tonight

I'm in the Upper Keys in Florida, we've had a lot of scattered showers over the last couple days.

I wonder if I'd see it here. This past August I went out to watch the meteor shower at 2 am. There was so much smoke from wild fires, I couldn't see one single star.

When I googled it cat, it said it should be visible to everyone on the planet. Not sure about that, but since you are in the US and others in the US have, you probably can as well.

Try googling it to see around what time. Hope it works out for you.

I saw a few of them last night from central Pa. I gave up on watching after a short while since the car's headlights going up and down the street make it harder to see them.

I think it's still a little early for them- I guess ya hafta stay up until at least 2am or so to see them here! whoa Anybody else having any luck seeing them so far? what
