that guy was unfit to hold office before the latest allegations surfaced (assuming what we desire of the senate, not it's current state, of course. sadly he would be joining a body of his scummy peers if he were actually seated).

the level of support that he had, and even now continues to have, doesn't say much for the electorate of alabama now does it?

There are laws that provide for suing someone for slander or libel. So far Moore hasn't mentioned taking any of his accusers to court. Which would be the first thing I would do if I was in the public eye and somebody said I sexually assaulted a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD when I was in my thirties.

This is not as easy as it seems as the burden of proof is on the ACCUSED to disprove an allegation, which is very hard to do in a case of actions happening decades ago with no witnesses.

Like I did with Cosby, I have the feeling that this person should be innocent until someone can PROVE(also a difficult standard with sexual offenses) guilt....

Guilty or innocent, he should withdraw.
