I have an idea. Why dont we push to make a birth certificate record of a human childs birth place and time and their BIOLOGICAL origin.
we can call them, oh I dont know, MALE and FEMALE(Because anatomy calls for one of both) in the parent slot if mother father woman or men offend people
and we can also describe the child anatomically as Human MALE or Human Female according to if they have healthy testicles and penis or healthy ovary/vagina
