I didn't say all recipients are liberal, I was talking about when democrats are in power the welfare costs go up immensely . The republicans like to keep control of so it's not easily abused. ... During the Obama administration had very slow job growth , slow recovery on the economy. Not much incentive to invest in the business, housing or any other market. Now with someone in office that understands how business works we can come back at a faster pace than even the experts thought would be possible. If you follow common sense rules things usually work out the way you want them to.

I dont really know about that either. People often act on what they are 'expecting' to happen, and people are easily duped. plenty of states receiving the MOST Welfare are still voting republican.

I don't think California is voting that way...
