There is a feature here that allows you to BLOCK a profile.
Blocking a profile is not the same as Reporting a profile.
You can block someone but not report them for abusing the system.
Mingle2 is more than just a Dating site.
There are a lot of people that have friends in the forums and use the forums to express themselves, meet like-minded people or just read other people's thoughts on a multitude of subjects.
Most of the complaints I read are from people looking to find someone. Chances are they are using the search features of the site and complain about a wide range of things.
Using a Blocking Strategy in your search can remove those profile that are not within your search tolerances.
Let me explain.
You click a possible match profile and find it does not match your search. An empty profile, the wrong reason for being here, any number of personal conflicts that prevents you from ever being interested.
If you BLOCK that profile, it will not show up in your future searches. If you block the NON-Matches, not only can they not contact you, you will not have to wade thru pages of NON-Matches.
This will result in a search result that more closely matches what you are looking for.
So, I figure, block all non-matches to get more accurate search results.
Whaddaya Think?
