Who apart from me is actually in Dublin, as in the one in Ireland, aka Baile Atha Cliath?

If I want to meet a nice and beautiful woman, it would be handy, if she lives locally. And not at the other end of the planet ;)

Not even sure, how it works. Can everyone claim to be from Dublin, and this comes up in the profile? Even if the person lives somewhere totally different?

Yeah, I know there is a Dublin somewhere in the US of A ... and in no disrespect of people from there, but I would like the woman of my choice to be from Dublin in Ireland.
