If I buy a car and 2 bottles of jack daniels, drive then kill someone who is at fault, the car manufacturers, jack daniels or me?
Its not about fault, its about responsibility.
IF the car manufacturer was building the cars for destruction, they have alot of responsibility, if for instance they created the car with swords sticking out the sides that impaled the victim ... maximum damage built in kind of thing ..
in the case of reality, where there are certain specifications manufacturers must meet though ...
the car manufacturer had no reason to believe the resource for transportation would be used to take a life, though with technology, they could possibly begin to manufacture cars with more accident sensors/brakes.
Jack Daniels was just a beverage maker. They have no reason to believe a drinker would not know to not drive. There is nothing on their part that could have diminished the potential for such an event.
You had complete control of your own actions, so you have the responsibility of choosing not to drive drunk.
