I agree, I have Beth Hart, what a vocalist.
If you loved Janis Joplin have a listen to Cee Cee James.

Close your eyes and listen to that song and tell me you don't hear Janis Joplin?
Joe Bonamassa is seriously talented. Famous very early in life.
He plays a lot with Beth Hart. Seriously good music!
You would probably enjoy some of the compilation videos available on youtube. Some have the artist-song listing, some are a guessing game.
I made a blues playlist that has some of my favorites in it.
The compilations are near the bottom of the playlist.
Whiskey Blues, American Blues, Emotional Blues and so on.

The 17 video series called "Slow Blues" uploaded by Morpheus Art Studio is fantastic. These compilations have introduced me to some blues bands I never knew about.
My passion is in guitar blues and sax. Also love keyboard blues and harmonica blues that accompanies guitar.
I also have some scat singing (not a lot tho).
This thread was inspired to try to find new artists that I've never heard of before. Hopefully, in my exploration, I have posted some artists others may not know about.
Its about expanding our horizons.
