Chicago mayor Rohm Emanual is aiding voter fraud. Chicago is issuing city service ID cards to all citizens who apply for them. These cards are acceptable for voter ID. Since you don't need to show proof of citizenship you simply check a box for citizenship and that is it. Chicago now, soon it will be in every liberal run city in America. It is against the law to influence voter fraud. Mayor Rohm needs to be stopped from pursuing this treasonous act.

if they don't need id to vote, what's the purpose of the "service cards"?

It is a proof of residency card to prove ones residency in Chicago for 'locals' type discounts at different venues and for different services

It's simple....Disqualify states that don't follow federal laws, like voter registration and imigration. They will not be allowed to participate in Presidential elections. The backlash will be Sunami-esqe!

basically it's a glorified Bus Pass/Library Card with a photo..

I hope your right but I saw a interview two Chicago local polititions first one was a democrat who said you need 2 forms of ID plus proof of citizenship . The second was a republican who said the questionaire to get the city card need no proof for the answers and was destroyed after the card was issued .he also said only 4 states in u.s. That you have to prove citizenship. I'll. is not one if those states.

that is not how the law works. Laws have no mandate that the governing authority catch and prosecute EVERY person who breaks ANY law equally, there is whats called judicial and legal discretion with EVERY law, that is how they prioritize their case loads and litigation.
