It's just bs from Brussels and a few in Ireland. they don't want a hard border back such was in the troubles. We have never signed up for the total free movement of people, hence still having a hard border between us and the rest of Europe. it's just something the remainers found to stir things up. If the eu had of reformed when camoran went over we would of never had the referendum. As usual with these things they are stuck in there ways. And Germany want control over Europe!
I know many Germans, including myself, who would give the EU a kick up the backside. Too many regulations and rules and stuff like that.
The Irish are very sceptic towards the EU as well, but as it was said already, fears of a hard border, because of economic reasons, as in prices for groceries going through the roof.
