An event here once a year serves Rocky Mountain Oysters. It's called the Testicle Festival. I've never been and have no intention of going.

I don't blame you Cat. I've heard a lot of people talking about them, the mountain oysters. I don't have any interest in trying them.

Rat

When I worked in China the local villagers ate rat all the time. It was on a stick, also there was a stew like rat meal.

Not some sort of raised to eat rat, these rats were caught each night in traps down near the stream or around the village. they were big and fat.

It made me sick just looking at them eat it.
