Trump does what Trump does best. He launches a grand plan to get folks to the bargaining table, and then starts negotiations from that point. Is it lies? Well, yes and no. He makes concessions to a point where both sides feel screwed. It's at that point, where both sides will be treated fairly. If you haven't done a deal that way, then you don't know how to negotiate. He's dealing as a smart businessman should. Something no President has been before-He's worked in the private sector his whole life, and wants Americans to benefit from his business skills.
