A Time to Kill
OMG what a brilliant movie! Strong cast, but the story... Based on a novel by John Grisham who bounced off a true story.

A Time to Kill is a 1996 American crime drama film based on John Grisham's 1989 novel. ... Set in Mississippi, the film involves the rape of a young girl, the arrest of the rapists, their subsequent murder by the girl's father, and the father's trial for murder.

The story takes place in the fictional town of Clanton, Mississippi in the 1980s, a period of time during which racial tension was heavily prevalent in America.

I bawled my eyes out during the closing statements, still am sniffing.

I was bored a couple of nights ago about my second night out of the hospital (not that kind) and went to Redbox and rented a couple:
ROCKETMAN - the Elton John auto. It really sucked and was very weird, focused a lot on him being a homo, save your money.
OUTSIDER (I think or close) - Old west had that big (big guy) country singer Trace Atkins or Adkins, he dies about 2/3 thru it. It's a revenge flick with a Chineese karate guy. 3/4 of it occurs in the dark and rain and it's hard to follow some parts. Total looser!

And it totally sux that there won't be a Star Trek 4 because the producers refuse to pay Chris Pine more. W@nkers.

My granddaughter and I went to see Gemini Man today. It was pretty good.
