yet legislators sits on there duff and do jack **** about it, its better for them to let things happen and keep talking about it and to keep themselves in power vs actually doing something about it.
Something that is being forgotten or ignored is the possibility that the ones in power want this to happen.
It keeps the general population off-balance.
Most people I know nowadays uses condoms and practices safe sex.
When I was growing up, not so much.
There was a concerted effort to educate the masses in safe sex and prevention of disease. Condoms were literally destigmatized on purpose.
I find it hard to imagine that a nation with our resources can't handle this condition. Yet we see nothing, no changes.
I don't think the powers that be are unable to fix this, I think they are unwilling to fix this.
That speaks volumes.
I mean, c'mon, we are intelligent people with high resources.
They were able to get us addicted to our phones, television and radio broadcasts. They put their experts in our faces in the news and sway our thinking with opinionated reporting.
If they wanted to, they could make a positive change.
I think they use civil unrest to sculpt society to their agenda.
I can actually imagine a meeting where they say something like,
"Northwest Division, your school shootings are down from last year. You need to get on the ball"
"We can't roll out our next phase until your people are distracted more".
The citizens are puppets on a string and they don't even realize it.
Sheeple are reactive to a higher master.
Society is mentally incompetent.
A readability analysis of presidential candidate speeches by researchers in Carnegie Mellon University's Language Technologies Institute (LTI) finds most candidates using words and grammar typical of students in grades 6-8, though Donald Trump tends to lag behind the others.

I remember reading somewhere a while ago about how most society control is geared to an 8th grade level of education.
The powers that be have a low opinion of our intelligence.
The political system operates on the baseline that the people don't know what they need or want until they tell us. And, we go along with it.
Its too much effort for people to take charge and make a change.
We have been conditioned to go with the flow and complain about it after the fact. The powers that be are in power because we allowed it and continue to allow it.
It doesn't matter if some of us want this madness to end, if we can't unite and make it happen ourselves, it will continue.
