OMG somebody stole a computer from the campus....its official...the end of the world is neigh upon us....

Several State Agencies Computers have been reported missing. DOC for one.

Dozens of computers! Some are expensive these days.

Taxes payers don't appreciate how their money is spent

I'd check the homes of the people last working on the computers.
Maybe they were laid off and didn't want to lose their porn collection.


How old were the actual computers?
I mean if the ones stolen can be replaced by some of the computers being used by scammer kings and princes in backwater nigeria, it might not be that expensive.


Door locks would have required a tax increase!
Stay outta my pocket and just wedge a chair under the knob! Hook up some cans and string! That worked for my granddaddy and how he repelled the great winter bear invasion of ought-4!

i am more worried about all of the money that is wasted,and misappropriated by these state agencies,then i am a few missing computers!

they throw taxpayer money around like confetti for personal pet projects,and then ask the government to give them MORE money,because they just dont have the funding to do the jobs that they are SUPPOSED to be doing.

and,a lot of the time,if they DONT spend all the money that was budgeted to them for the things that they were supposed to be doing with it,they just go ahead and find ways that they can spend the excess money,just to be spending the money,because they are afraid that if they DONT spend it,then their budgets will be reduced next year.
so,they do things like take taxpayer funded trips for 'business purposes',or 'training purposes' that are actually just free vacations to them that WE have to pick up the tab for!

i am not saying that we dont need to stop the theft of government property,but i think that amount of money is miniscule,compared to the other money that they are wasting.
