if you look back people move in and out of the 1% , people move in and out of the Upper middle class, people move in and out of the working class and people move in and out of poverty.

there are many who have moved out of poverty and yes there are inter-generation of poor people.

here is the reality there will always be poor people, why? because there are some people who will never flourish because its not in their DNA, poverty is the default nature of mankind.

Im not one of those 'feminists'. And a woman ignorant enough to have a child with the expectation of being supported by government is irresponsible, however, until women feel comfortable having the government researching their intentions and motivations for getting pregnant, not much can be done about that.

Like I said those that are irresponsible and wants a cheque from the government make up most of the single mother from teens to the ones who grew up poor and figured this is an easy way of getting money vs working.

I think when a woman goes in to have her second baby on welfare, she should be required to get her tubes tied. It's clear by then that she isn't responsible enough to make her own decisions and it isn't fair to tax payers.
