Except that Trump didn't declare personal bankruptcy, his companies did
6 times and all Chapter 11, not chapter 7's big difference,if his company went chapter 7 you might have a case.
as in for Kaepernick, he isn't being blacklisted because he's black or half black and refuses to stand for the anthem, although calling Cops pigs doesnt help his cause.
He isn't getting a job because he isn't a great quarterback, at least Manzel was smart enough to try another league for a while so he can get another shot in the NFL.
Look at Micheal Vick and what he did and actually went to prison for it, but because he was considered an elite athlete he was given another chance.
Kaepernick isn't a great quarterback, he was lucky to get to the Superbowl and hasn't done a damn thing since.
Trump seems to think he filed them though, strange, in his own words.
"Hundreds of companies" have filed for bankruptcy, Trump said earlier in the debate. "I used the law four times and made a tremendous thing. I'm in business. I did a very good job."

my case was the subject of managing money, and if one files ANY type of bankruptcy, it indicates they are struggling to do so ...
