I still got a complete course. Willing to sell it for a really good price. Thing is you'd have to learn Dutch first to be able to read it, and it's an advanced level.

That's all I know. There are free apps you can download... Duolingo is good, I've used it for Spanish.

Rosetta Stone that greeneyes mentioned is the best program out there to learn a language, so would be worth the money.

Aye. Talk to Germans, visit Germany, watch German videoclips, etc.

I had to do a job in China, remote area and I tried to learn some Mandarin on the web before I left since the project was going to take 2 years to complete. I thought I learned some.. but in reality I didn't.. different dialects.. different tones of the voice meant different things.

I did learn Mandarin but only because no one spoke English ( other then my translator) and it was shoved down my throat from dawn to dusk. I had no choice but to pick up on it.

My point being, if you really want to learn it.. really want to.. you should spend some time there.

P.S.
In return I taught most of them the American curse words( not the really bad ones) and finger gestures.. and more importantly, when to use them :)
