I think she objects to the USA moving forward.

Perhaps she liked being a passenger on the Titanic.

I'd like to think that the USA is more like the USS Yorktown. We were on fire, and listing badly. But she was repaired and put back in action. She was hit again, and was eventually scuttled. yeah. okay. because I looked and I cannot find ONE place that posts the ACTUAL report/document, just many sources with their spin on what the report included.

and look, my paralegal skills to the rescue: I found it myself, 500 pages which I doubt highly anyone in the thread has looked for let alone read.
