As cold leftovers pasta usually has some type of sauce still hanging around; fries are just fat/oil and salt on grainy potato and need some serious peping up to be nice again, if they ever were nice in the first place.

Re-heated fries are mediocre at best even with good stuff on them, but re-heated pasta can be made awesome with added goodies like fresh herbs, or bacon/salami/peperoni and sweet chili sauce, or lots of parmesan.

We even make spaghetti cake. It is a desert with spaghetti and cream cheeses and ricotta cheese Served cold with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
