Cold blooded killers don't have empathy. You can't give someone a conscience. They are damaged. They have tried to treat them. It doesn't work. They are manipulative. Treatment only teaches them how to fake being normal a little bit better. But it's only a matter of time before they kill again.

Do you know how often scared teens DO NOT let authorities or parents or teachers know something has happened? Do you know how often teens, and adults for that matter, who find themselves in a scary situation for the first time are not sure WHAT to do?
