Things can only change if people change. Cops will always patrols drug infested areas, they will always make traffic stops. The key is to be a law abiding citizen so it's nothing more than a stop. After the police came to my house I felt a little safer knowing that if something happens the cops will come. How would you have felt if it had been a burglar instead of a brother that had been away? Your hate blinds you. You shouldn't hate cops for patrolling. Focus your hate on the people who are committing the crimes.
