You cant fly directly, so fly into China, then switch and take Air Koryo which Im guessing isnt part of the initial costs.

I visited Thailand a few years ago and I researched what I can or cannot do, luckily I dont do drugs and I know not to associate myself with someone that does drugs, nor am I stupid enough to meet someone that asks me to hold on their luggage at the airport or can you bring this luggage through.

No.
I don't think that's possible unless he writes another executive order and/or via act of congress.

He had to list countries, specifically, in executing the travel ban.

From what I understand, Trump rewrote it several times, changing which countries were affected, in order to support the whole "it's for security!" issue.

If Trump attempts to willy nilly add Mexico (or any country not currently part of the accepted travel ban) to the list of enforcement procedures, there would be a new appeal and injunction or restraining order issued to keep that portion from being enforced.

The court upheld the POTUS right to restrict entry based on National security beliefs

Based on the wording of that statement, no, no it did not, at all.
