If a person is legitimately on government welfare, they should have necessities.
Food, clothing, shelter and medical . Anything else is not a necessity
Same for families with children. Go to work and purchase other things, if you're not ligitimately disabled.
technically, those things arent a 'necessity' for anyone. As far as the rest, assistance is not a lifetime endowment, who is to say when or how they get those 'other things'. I really dont think its anyone's place to be sitting on their shoulder in scrutiny about them.
