College tuition should be based on current income.
Term limits in congress is two terms.

No one has ever come out and claimed that College tuition is outrageous, but it is. Back 40 years ago, I was paying about $5 per class hour. Times a 50 average class size, that figured up to $250 an hour that my tech school was making. Calculating out the expenses, that place was making money hand over fist, even back then.
