Donald trump had his 'summit' with Vladimir putin,in Helsinki,finland,but,against the advice of ALL of his advisors,he insisted on meeting with him in private,with asolutley nostaff,or witnesses,except for a translator.
after the private 2 hour meeting with putin,trump then made a public appearance where he made outrageously friendly compliments abot putin,and defended him,claiming that not only did putin NOT have anything to do with interfering in our recent elections,he also claimed that he had absolutely no reason to,and publically denounced our own intelligence agencies,who have ALL said that there is abundant evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Russia DID interfere in our elections.

the entire government has now called out trump for his comments,and are now seriously considering that there is a good chance that trump is working for the Russians.
even FOXnews has publically denounced trump for this un-American behavior,and it has made the entire American public wonder just WHY the president of the united states would act this way,and there is now a lot of discussion wodering if it is because he Russians have incriminating evidence against him,or possibly that the infamous 'pee-tape' that has been discussed is real,as well as the fact that there is also a good possibility that trump is financially dependent on the Russians,since domestic banks will no longer loan him money due to the fact that he has declared bankruptcy,and left thrm holding the bag so many times,and has STILL not released his personal income tax returns to the public.

due to the extreme backlash that he has been receiving from all sides,trump is now trying to backtrack his comments,but the general attitude is that it might be 'too little,too late'!!

I watched that meeting .. trump seemed really subdued but he was definitely kissing Putin's *** . They make an interesting couple

Besides what he said at the summit" I see no reason why it would be Russia" , now he says he meant to say " I see no reason why it wouldn't be Russia". Trump has said many times that he believes Russia interfered in 2016 election. He even put sanctions on them in October of 2017 just for those reasons . Trump has been tougher on Russia than Obama ever did in 8 years. And remember all this happened under Obamas watch and even though he knew they were hacking the DNC servers he did nothing about it except tell them to " cut it out " ooohhhh so tough. It might be that since Putin Denys it, why sit there and be like yes you did , no I didn't , yes you did , no I didn't . That won't get you anywhere and the whole reason for summits is to try to get along. A new Cold War is not a good thing. So let's not act like it's the end of the world. Hell even Obama tried to interfere with Israel s election in 2012.

I am a democrat. I dont believe Trump to be any more or less racist than the average American. I think it even made him relatable to many who felt obligated to hide it for so long.

I have never compared him to any EVENT or date in history.

I dont believe he is fit to be POTUS, beacase he does not have the temperament, experience, or knowledge of the job or its responsibilities/boundaries, and because he has no indication in seventy years of privileged life that he cares about GIVING to his country or serving his country men in ANY way, and no indication that he has a clue how anyone but the superwealthy get on or what they need or struggle with.

Part of the reason I hardly ever post on any political thread is that most times many of the ones that post to the thread can't explain the reason they believe the way they do. It's usually always, "But Hillary, But, Obama, But, But.

The topic of this thread is, "Trump shows his true colors& loyalty to Russians. I read different things all over the internet. Right now it looks like about 90% of America is really pissed off at how Trump handled the meeting with Putin.

What I wish I could read on these threads, No deflecting. Right now, the way it looks, if you stand with Trump, you're standing with Russia. And that's not American. It's getting to the point, at least in my eyes, there is no left or right anymore. You're American, or your not. For Trump, it's all about licking Putin's butt.
