So let me get this straight, if a illegal who is already here breaks the law then they should be deported.
Isn't illegally entering a country breaking their law.............
not a law children can break, because LEGAL immigration involves contract, which children cannot consent to sign or not.
And illegals who are here and causing HARM should be the FIRST deported and the FIRST priority instead of all having equal priority.
?
And illegal alien who is here causing harm.. as opposed to us stopping him from gaining entry in the first place buy stiffer borders
And action after the fact is the right course?... not being proactive.. before the " harm"?
All that harm.. for what gain?
Don't you think its a hard sell to the family of the harm victims?.. " no..no, you see now we are going to throw him out.. it will, be o.k.".. he will be gone, just forget it ever happened.
Stopping them is fine, thats what border are for. BUt deportation is the step when they have not been STOPPED.
proactivity is fine too, just like in the example of inner city services and resources and jobs
but for the ones who DONT YET have that option, who have slipped through any type of prevention, and have NOT HARMED anyone while they were here,
they should not be treated EQUAL to those who have. those who have caused harm should be deported FIRST and FOREMOST.
and those who had no say about their situation when they came (as kids) who have likewise not harmed anyone, should have other options to be sponsored by another adult until they can make their immigrant status legal.
