yes, these people are ONLY making generalizations of THEIR experiences. That is the definition of living in a COCOON.

You mean:

A black Police commissioner in the largest city in America with the largest black population in America ( 3.4 million)

A black mayor in a major city (Philly) with a black population of 1.3 million

And the mayor ( Democratic) of the 2nd largest city in America, Chicago with a black population of 1.7 million

total of 6.7 million blacks. You already read their comments.

Well I would say that is one big cocoon they got going there. wouldn't you? I would think they would have intel that you don't.. don't you?.. experience on a major stage, not a command center in a house. Experience dealing with this .. every day.

But lets not believe them.. what do they know in their " little worlds"...Lol

I will let the posters make up their own minds on who is dealing in reality and who is spinning like a top.

correction:

as it concerns new york city

there are 8.5 million people, and 1/4th are black or roughly 2.125 million

as it concerns chicago, there are 2.7 mill and a third are black, roughly 900 thousand

so the total is closer to 3 million blacks

except they dont directly deal with 3 million blacks

they deal with the small portion who are criminals

so yes, in regards to the billions of people in the black race, or even the 37 million black people in the US, that is a 'cocoon'

I would think they have 'intel' about the criminal population in THEIR city, as opposed to 'intel' about blacks ACROSS AMERICA

by all means readers should believe that they believe what they say based on their experience with the criminal population specific to their city, but not that they therefore have 'intel' or logical conclusions about the BLACK population across America.

I don't know where you got your numbers from but mine came right off each cities census web site.
And guess what the large cities do share Intel because the thug gangs ( such as the black gangster disciples) are in many cities
And the cities also work in conjunction with the DOJ ,FBI & dept. of prisons to form their information
Now they don't run that info past you first . Do they?. Do you have access to their Intel?..their arrest reports?. Their gang violence tracking . Their gang member Intel.

So yes let's let the posters decide

Are black people the only people living in poverty? Why then is it black people doing this?

so let me correct my numbers, its not 3 million blacks its 3.8 million blacks out of 37 million across the country.

I dont have access to their intel. But I didnt claim to know how much intel they had ... did I?

the person making the claim should reference how they know how much intel they have. the person making the claim referenced people from that area, inplying that their personal interaction with people gave them more authority on the subject. If it was a matter of how much info was shared, and indeed all the cities across all the US were sharing info with each other (which I doubt), then any law enforcement official anywhere would do just as well as a source.

Im just making a statement of what can be proven.

I hope the readers trust neither me nor you, since we are random anonymous words on a page. I hope they use the links to actual data and information from more dedicated sources as well as their OWN research to draw their conclusions about 'blacks' from.

Most parents do not have to research how to raise a kid as they were raised properly themselves... you know.. morals.. learning right from wrong... by example.. not some clinical survey.

And clearly the people we are talking about have never read this research you pulled up or their kids would not be out sucker punching old people.. now would they.

Kids are influenced by watching their parents conduct their life, no news there.. been that way forever. They mimic their parents.. so if dad is a thug guess what.. Jr. most likely will be a thug.( he thinks it o.k. since Pops did it)

That as an intelligent statement as "I blame the Three Stooges, because as crazy as those guys are with saws and eye-poking, they never draw blood"

Its hard to believe you have been around or been a parent, truly. Ask pastors how true it is that their kids watch and therefore become their twin, doing what they did and speaking how they speak.

ask ANY parent why they have different kids growing up seeing and learning the same things from them, but can still turn out so differently from each other.

so no, its not as simple as what the parents did or did not do, because kids are not exposed ONLY to parents, and during the week (if their parents work) they are not even exposed MOSTLY to parents. They are influenced by and motivated by MANY things, including their parents, and the way their brain is growing, and their peers, and the images from media, and the environment and teachings at school.

Nobody is saying kids grow up to be a copy. What's being said is kids learn morals and values from their parents. I saw a case where the woman blamed her mom for her crimes. They were both in a gang and murdered several people. They both got life in prison. Murder is something most people don't even think about doing.

I also believe DNA has a lot to do with it. Violence is in people just like certain breeds of dogs. Society can't help people who were born to fail/commit crimes. Most always go back to prison. It's who they are.
