I have had a brutal workout last night. Nd felt hungry enough to eat a horse so i ate. I wanted to be careful because im trying to cut body fat but still have optimal energy levels .. I was thinking low carbs high protein nd veggie... Im 5"8 and weigh 176lbs...Thoughts on that?

That's what I started in January lowered carbs , mostly eat chicken, steak ( protein) low carb veg's , and increased my weightlifting routine. Lost 45 pounds and am a lot stronger and toned. In May increased my workouts and now do 4 to 5 hours at gym cardio, weightlifting. I am a senior female btw .
