Blocking only keeps them from contacting you..

Seems the account you had in question Admin has already dealt with it.

As I said above blocking only keeps them from contacting you it does not Report the profile first one was banned the account you just posted was a different one and has been banned now..

Just report them posting it here does not report them. By Reporting them Admin will take the accounts down but does not keep them from making new accounts.

This is more than likely a scam. The profile picture has been used on a number different profiles from all across the country.

You can block them all you want but that does not stop them from looking at your profile.
