Well I think I kind of explained why there was no link. My computer is down and I can not copy the link to my phone. I thought that was a valid reason. It's not?
But I do apologise for giving the wrong newspaper. It is actually the New York Post..front page .
And one of my points was that regardless of good news some will still find something wrong with it because they do not like the current chief therefor they can not accept anything positive that happens under his leadership
And I think this was proven in this thread.
(someone disagreed with your payrate comments and someone even provided a link disputing its value. 'lol' doesnt quite cut it in defending a position.)
The hope of the political forum is that people can have mature, informative discussions. I dont think its purpose is to prove that some people will find something wrong with everything.
Does that even need to be explored?
Wouldnt it be more useful to defend your own point with actual information?
If you havent got access to a computer, maybe wait til you do, before trying to guide an honest, informative, mature discussion...
-OR-
respect the opinions of others when unable to research their stance yourself. Wait til you have time to research those points of view.
I for one, am grateful for your posts. I get a great deal of education from them just learning about other perspectives, and looking things up to see what I think about whatever the topic relates to.
Very cool.
Just not excited about the erosion of information this forum sometimes generates.
This will always be true:
Some of us will hold personal love for the incumbent.
Some of us will hold personal hate for the incumbent.
Some of us will sit and lurk and watch and take notes to fool those who are too far to either side.
Some of us will have no idear, and will burn up the internet search engines to try to figure it out.
Some of us will be 'yes-men' to certain other posters.
Most of us are in between all of that.
