If you copy the image location as stated in the BBSCode thread you can post the link here and the pic will show up.. Just like this one does.. If you Quote this post you will see that the [ img ] then [ / img ] goes before and after with no spaces.. It is all laid out in the thread for BBC Codes where you can go to that thread and practice...

I just grabbed this one off the net just now just googled images that I wanted..

I can pull off the net perfectly, but from my pc, it doesn't seem to work, or I just cant figure it out blushing

In order to do a picture you have off your computer you will need to load it to Photobucket or another program in order to get the link to copy and paste it...

I have always had to post them to Photobucket in the past in order to post them on the threads here...

Unless someone else knows a way that is the only way I know how..

I have had a couple guys add me as "favorite"..
I asked them why they did that instead of just messaging me...
They claimed they can't message women first because they aren't a paid member.

I think that's horse crap...and suspect they were scammers sanyway..

Is it true the only way guys can message women is to be paid members?
I didn't think that was the case.

It's actually a quite common 'bait technic'
to get the favorited person to email them first.
Yep! It's to get around filters.

I've only had one or two add me as a "friend" for that purpose..

The rest that have done it were flat-out obviously scammers...from California, or TX, or Manhattan NY...
They get summarily deleted.

I wish someone would answer this..I have not been able to figure it out either.

You have to use an image posting site. Imgur, postimage, etc.
SIZE the photo well FIRST, like no more than 600-800 pixels wide
You drag your photo to their box, then they produce a link to your photo.
Copy and paste that into a post.

How to get a picture I have on my computer to post...

Photobucket went stooopid as an image host.
I have found that Pinterest allows you to upload images and its a simple thing to post those because they are .jpg when on pinterest.
You have to create a pin, save it, click it and select view image then copy the image URL to make it a IMG here but it does work.
Since the image is from your own computer it can never be taken down for compliance. You can do this with any image you upload.
Just remember that images over 800px wide will break the page causing a side scroll.

Here is a sample taken from a screenshot of my desktop.
the URL is https://i.pinimg.com/564x/9d/2d/28/9d2d283b903020ca3a7c6fefcc1d1ae3.jpg
and when I wrap it in img tags it become a pic

I admit I do this too. I favorite the photos and profiles that catch my attention, but I am not in the market, so I don't message. I find that most on here are seeking romance, and I'm not, and it gets tiring trying to convince people of this.
