seizures as someone with a seizures disorder it does greatly reduce the amount of seizures when from 3 to 5 aday to one or two every couple of months

I tried it once but didn't do anything for me so never tried it again

Great point to bring up especially for those new comers to recreational cannabis.It's just like having a drink right? PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH EDIBLES.I know you hate the smell of burning weed but you want to see what it's all about. So you buy some THC gummy bears at your dispensary, eat one and wait an hour or so.Nothing. So you eat another thinking it's not working. Half hour later your mouth is going dry ,you feel very anxious,eyes totally bloodshot and starting to feel high.That's just the first gummy kicking in.Don't panic.Try to enjoy the ride,put on some music and chill, eventually falling asleep
Trying to gauge dosage and back time the effects are guesswork at best even for the daily/chronic,(pun intended) user for multiple decades.PLEASE
GO SLOW with edibles. Maybe start w/ half a gummy first and be patient. And obviously DON"T DRIVE.


The use of non THC tinctures for seizures in children is truly a ,godsend and a blessing.And if someone gets benefits from CBD use, again w/o THC who's to say it's not medically effective ?

I think it should be legalized nationally. That being said the number of people who call it their "medicine" is nonsense. If a person wants get high I couldn't care less, that's their choice and it should be legal to do so. But if a person is going to say it's "medicine" then they should be using CBD part and not the THC part.
I like to drink alcohol and sometimes I'll drink enough to feel the effects of the alcohol because it makes me feel good. But just because it makes me feel good I don't call it medicine and I have the same view with marijuana. I just think people need to be honest with themselves and others.

Dealt with a few drugs in my youth, but will never touch anything else but cannibis these days.
Personally I feel it should be legalised, the money spent on cracking down on it would be better served chasing down the more destructive drugs, the money spent by users would also be better going to government revenue rather then criminals involved with the trade.

Perhaps, but unfortunately I know some people who have absolutely no Green thumb to grow plants. And I don't just mean the Cannabis type of plants.

Also with growing your own, it depends on what stipulations are put on by the state and local governments.

In Ohio for instance, we have medical Marijuana legalized. Only thing is, it's only available for those who have a Medical card. Oils, vape cartridges, edibles, tinctures, or topical applications are the only legal ways to actually use Marijuana in Ohio. Actually smoking flower buds, is not legal.
Ohio actually has not allowed people to be able to grow their own plants legally. Heck they're just starting to allow Hemp to be grown which has really no THC, the psychoactive component to getting a person high.

Now across the state line to the north of me, in Michigan. They have legalized recreational smoking of Marijuana along with Medical usage. There you are allowed to grow up to 6 plants legally for just yourself.

It is a blessing for real. I love to smoke but my parents always try to stop me.

I for one love smoking. I love running, house cleaning, relaxing and doing just about anything while on it. All in moderation of course. :)

Recreational Marijuana became legal in Illinois January 2020. Not the best thing. IMO

Lines were so long first day to make purchases. It's very limited to what a person can buy.

Stores are now making Monday a day only for MEDICAL customers. So they can be sure to get what they need .

If you get caught with it driving, you will be ticketed for DUI .

The State will make millions $$ but the little man will suffer.

And the money made will be Misused . Illinois has a bad reputation for mismanaging Funds/Budget.

They are talking about it here in WV ...
