I would love to hear some Celiac friendly recipes especially comfort foods like meatloaf. I do not eat premade gluten free foods so a simple meatloaf can be a challenge, I tried smashing those rice crackers up that works but surely there is something better :grin:

I do not know any as I do not have that, but I have heard
of a wonderful hack.

You keep on hand a big tub of Quaker Instant Oats..anytime
you need flour you throw a handful in the blender.

Instant Oat Flour ;-)
