and what is with the 'whore' obsession? I dont think thats healthy. If a tenant is a good tenant, what do their sexual habits or income source have to do with anything or anyone? Federal law does NOT require everyone accept section 8. some state laws do, but it does not require every section 8 eligible person to be rented to. They get screened like ANYONE else for their history and the type of tenant they are.

My grandson was 3 weeks late starting school because he was waiting on his birth certificate in the mail. American citizens are tired of the liberal b.s.

The whores wouldn't get section 8 if they weren't screwing men that wanted them for nothing more. Then the govt has those illegitimate kids to support until they are 18. That doesn't make them good tenants. They are crappy human beings and most care more about a man than their kids. The man who knocks then up is sleeping in a home paid for by tax payers and eating the food from the foodstamps and then into next baby mama. They often have 5 or 6 baby mama's to run between...when they aren't in jail.

Having tax payers to pay your rent, doesn't make you a good tenant. being a good tenant is HAVING the rent and taking care of your property and being a good neighbor, who is paying it is NOT,, the renters concern if they get it on time and in full, so long as the source is not illegal

unless said renter is a busy body who likes to know and judge everyone else's personal business UNRELATED to their rental status and payments.

If landlords have a record of tenancy they can do a search and know if the kids are the type to 'tear things up', if there are evictions, et cetera, and they can rate the potential tenant by the SAME STANDARD of 'good tenant' as anyone else.

I just paid an extra $1000 principal payment toward my mortgage this morning. I filed for divorce. My ex would come walking through my house when he wasn't even supposed to be in the county. When you are a decent person, getting a divorce isn't as easy as those who are always needing something.

My point was these women weren't in a serious enough relationship for the man to leave. Most don't get childsport or even know who dad is. They don't have the mentality to properly raise a child but having a bunch of them. They want gov't support and it should come with condition.

The judge sets child support when people divorce. The state can't set child support when the mother doesn't know who the dad is or his DNA test revealed he is not the father, or she doesn't know enough about him to have an address or phone number. By conditions, I don't mean she won't work. I mean at baby #2 being born on welfare, the tubes get tied.
