back the days of long fun filled times with friends and family. I can't wait for the sunny days to barbecue outdoors and sit by a fire until the evening comes. love Minnesota in the summer but spring can be temperamental with fits of warm weather then cold and snow. I am looking for some summer vibes for now.

Hopefully winter is about over, maybe this is the last spell of it. Hate to think I came back north way too early in the spring. Mostly hibernate for Easter weekend and then maybe we can find some life outdoors.

hello Oldkid46 well I hope you didn't get back to MN too early to get back in your car and get out of town. well I don't know but they say that we could be seeing 70 degrees this week. i don't know but I am definitely looking forward to seeing this spring and the weather of cold and snow out of my life for the next five months. well everyone here in Minnesota I understand your pain. looking forward to the beach and summer.

Now if it ever becomes tolerable outside (there WILL be a few decent days yet before fall) it would be nice to find a new friend or 2, especially female, to share those few days with. I'm starting to see a few outdoor concerts, outdoor dinners, and some theater; even a Twins game where they win!!

so do we have any Minnesota Vikings fans here. are you going to watch the NFL game Vikings game VS the new Orleans saints. who is watching the game Sunday morning at 8:30 am

When the weather gets cold and windy it's by the fireplace or hibernating, the older I get the more I dislike the cold.

Don't hear much from fellow Minnesotans in this section besides 8macman posting here so I thought I'd respond so he knows at least somebody reads his posts once in awhile!

today is April fools day 2023 . we have a Blizzard and have snow here.
Spring is still asleep with 8 inches of snow on the ground and 89 inches for a winter. tired of snow bring me spring and summer and even mosquitoes. hope everyone in Minnesota feels better soon.

hello everyone and just hope you all are enjoying the weather here. I'm thinking that I shouldn't complain about winter months now. because wow that heat has definitely been serious. so make sure to pour yourself a extra cold beverage and enjoy your summer because in Minnesota wait fifteen minutes and the weather will change.

hello I'm saying this is a good year so far the weather is getting cooler but no snow here for now and it is almost Thanksgiving. everyone enjoy your week and happy holidays from Minnesota and yes we do go fishing on a frozen lake in the winter months but not on all of our 10,000 lakes.
