I know there are already threads on this but it won't let me post in them, so I'm checking to see if making a new one will post.
I'm on the mobile site and every thread I try to post in says only 2 post per minute even threads I've never posted in

- Users with pictures get 10 times more responses in their messages
- Most people only contact those with pictures
