I love Yoga, one of the best exercises I have found. I do spin class and yoga and it works great. happy

basically Yoga is union of body mind and spirit in one place at one point.
every morning few stretching learning how to breath properly is starting point.

Today is important day as position of sun holds earth in balance.
Breathing equally from left and right nostrils
bring backs the harmony and balance to body.

Yoga classes on Saturday morning always

Ive enjoyed gentle yoga classes until a work schedule change and recent injury.

She never came around to adjust our postures, which I desired. Proper alignment and such.

Warrior I and II poses are my favorite.

Hope to return to yoga in the near future. waving
