I really appriciate the freedom of personal settings. It is even possible to change the user name. That's absolutly great! But people who never talked to me added me to their Favorites. I want to get free of them. How?

You cannot.
However, there is a 'Block' option on the email notification that
they have made you a 'Favorite' (which is essentially nothing more
than a bookmark.)
