Whoever said that cauliflower is good, I don't agree. Grated cauliflower is supposed to take the place of rice. I tried it raw and cooked with salt and pepper. I didn't like it.

I stopped eating cauliflower (which I loved) when the doctor
told me it is the only food associated with kidney stones,
which I have.

It can be used to make hummus instead of beans... less net carbs and much healthier. It's a good substitute for mashed potatoes as well.

I like cauliflower, made al dante with a little seasoning gives it more flavor when eating it by itself.

My late granny always cut them in half, cooked them half way through, hollowed them out, filled them with beef mince, topped them with grated cheese and oven baked them. Yummy drool

That's good, I prefer broccoli over cauliflower. Did your doctor say why cauliflower does that?
