Great! I got to choose the colours of my new kitchen today!! Yay! Not certain when it will be placed, somewhere between now and June.

I've chosen acacia colour doors, and a granite worktop (not real granite of course, it's a council house).
The acacia has got a hint of red in it, which is why I chose it, and the worktop has maroon sprinkling. I figured this would go nicely together :)
I couldn't go for dark(er) colours as my kitchen has no daylight and dark colours would make it even darker, meaning the worktop had to be lighter too. I'm very happy with it.
Beautiful new tiles, mat white rectangular which are to be placed horizontally. My son's got them as well, they're gorgeous. Sturdy, mat stainless steel handles, new tap, yippieee!!
Doors and drawers will have soft-close, I will get 2 blocks with 3 drawers instead of cupboards. No more sodding around to find pots and pans and lids!
I'm SO happy!!
