Pretty darn good despite working 22 hours in the last two days. The crew dining lacks decent veggies and greens so I got some organic raw greens powder to supplement my diet. It's helping amazingly well... I'm not so fatigued after working all day in the heat.

Hot and tired... I got a touch of heat exhaustion today, it's been extremely hot and humid the last couple days. Fortunately I have the next two days off to recover.
