For the longest time I wanted to do a shadow box filled with little bags of dirt from every place I have been.
I don't want that anymore...been way too many places.
People adorn their walls with all sorts of stuff, not just pictures.
I met a woman that had cows. Yes, cows, cow this cow that, pictures of cows, cow gadgets cow art, cows, cows, cows!
I remmember my first impression...WTF?
When I asked her about all the cows, she got testy and told me to leave if I don't like cows. Hahahaha!
Thing was, she lived in a rural area with plenty of cows in the pastures along the road.
I never did figure out why she loved cows so much?
My dad used to bring me sand or rocks from places he'd traveled to (Rio, Cabo, etc for sand..Alaska, etc. for rocks)
