He did, because I took the time to read the court transcripts. Those were online, you could have easily found them.

harassment is a real thing, against women, against minorities, against homosexuals and many other groups. If people are called racial slurs or homosexual slurs during the course of a crime, it is a reasonable assumption.

There is also some history of double standards in how minority victims and suspects are treated.
