Does anyone practice spinning with music? . It is like to be in a disco without alcohol!!. I have 53 years old and I do it. I have practiced exercise all my life for pleasure and for keeping healthy. Spinning is new for me (since a year) and it is wonderful. It keeps my aerobic capacity in excellent conditions. It is not an aggressive exercise and helps a lot with column problems.
In the Spinning gym I socialize and have a lot of fun!! Doesn’t matter if the music is rock and roll, salsa, pop !! I recommend it for all ages!!
