Last night I had Pho soup. Really delicious. Will try it with tofu next time.

Tonight I will probably have some sort veggie made pasta with stir fried veggies.

I had a choice tonight of a steak or chicken and my son would be so proud of me because I chose the chicken since he wants me to cut down on red meat.

That would be perfect for loosing weight. Drink boiling water, it burns the inside of the mouth causing the lack of desire for eating anything. What an idea.... But I am cooking illiterate. I need directions to even boil water. laugh
