HI all:) I had drinks last night, I remembered this morning why I don't drink.

I feel as rough as a badgers arse

mouth feels lie a budgie slept in it.

tongue like ghandi's flip flop.

that sort of thing.

I would love to hear any of your contributions.

seem to be farting like a cart horse as well.

Alcohol dehydrates you. (hygroscopic)
If you are drinking, drink more water.
Eat food before you start too.

I quit drinking 10 years ago after it killed two of my friends, a couple , she was 59 ,he followed her 2 years later he was 65 :cry:
