Yep, always nice :)
One thing wrong with the image with the trees though: May 13th, my birthday!, is left out.
I am however a hawthorn. Which is nice because I have affinity with hawthorn, have had for years because of their connection with the Faery :)
My power stick and wand are both made -by me- from hawthorn, the powerstick some 1.65m long.

I had to steal one of stones from my X house with new wife ... wasn't getting that one ... + she more then likely never new what it was for... laugh I did leave a big sign tho ... the book the rd less traveled bigsmile

Very cool Mystical, thanks flowerforyou I wasn't aware of the Celtic tree zodiac.

According to the picture my tree sign is the Willow, but down below it is the Walnut tree.

Both resonate with me, but which one is accurate... why does it show two different things?

I just looked it up, not sure I understand it fully but the second one is druid. Both Celtic but the first is from the tree of life.

After looking at the more detailed description of both Willow and Walnut, Willow fits me way more than walnut, which doesn't fit as much.

It is always confusing, as there is also the Ogham alphabet which is different yet again.

As for the 2nd one posted here, it is weird for that to be real, to be Druidic. Not questioning you btw!!
But it mentions trees like olive, fig, and cypress which aren't European trees, and I don't think jasmine was either.
So it has to be an adaptation of something as the Druids lived in Europe.
None of these non-European trees are in the Ogham (Druid) alphabet, I assume because they aren't native to (west) Europe.

Anywho, I always stick to the Hawthorn :)
Do you know you have an animal as well? I believe that is based on Native American Indian. I am Beaver, reading what it's about it's spot on!

Thanks Crystal, I will stick with Willow. I looked further into walnut and it doesn't fit at all, which makes sense now that you explained it more.

My animal is beaver as well, though it doesn't appear to fit. Although maybe the problem is I'm trying to be wolf when I'm really beaver, haha.

This makes no sense for me.

There are so many different things people assign to random elements you could get lost.
Did you know there is a personality type associated with color, plants, flowers, stars, planets, trees, soil, frequencies, and you name it.
If someone were to identify every single 'personality identifier' ever created, it should point directly at you, but it doesn't.
Its all subject to how you interpret the information and assign it to how you think of yourself.

Its like the fortune teller that can tell you your future.
You get some generalized assessments and YOU apply meaning to it that allows the teller to get more distinct.

If you are over 50 and a fortune teller says you have recently experienced the death of someone close its a play on averages. At 50 or above, someone you were close to has probably died. Then you volunteer information to them when you say yes, my dad just died or whatever.
Now they have a target with specifics.

No matter what it is about, no matter how you might assign meaning, its all random information. Random information that YOU give importance. Because now, you are thinking about it.

loves all that is bold, beautiful, and harmonious. They also tend to be open, direct, and quite outspoken with their emotions and opinions. They live with passion.

This is me, thing is, I can look at any of the descriptions for any of the trees and find alignment in one way or another.
I'm supposed to focus on the date range and say OMG, its me, its me.
Problem is, I am all of them so what does that say?

I didn't like to be Beaver either. I only know the animals from Donald Duck stories, haha. I think in Hiawatha's stories? (We have a Donald Duck weekly magazine over here)
Anywho, once I found a good description of Beaver it did resonate really well! But you likely have to search the net and read a few. There's many sites with cr@p info or without much depth.

You can still have Wolf as a totem animal :)

Thanks Crystal, I've been reading a little more about Beaver and I'm finding it does fit. Wolf and I believe Bear are also part of my totem animals.

Haha, funny how we associate certain animals with stories we've heard or cartoons we've watched. :)

Politics? Yeah. I have strong political views. Two bans on FB this year already. But social interests? Animal rights and stuff like that.
