Does anyone use hangout app? What are the pros and cons, please?

I use hangouts with my Google account. Easy for IM and easy to send pictures. I haven't tried it for video messaging yet.

Actually, it easy to use. Over several times, you will get pros and cons.

I have never used it.

I have used several other apps though. I have 5 right now, but I only use 4 of them.
So far, I have had zero problems with any of the ones I use.

And of course, I max out an security settings that are available.

Nope never have used it. I use a different app or the sites messageing systems I'm on to communicate with people.

I only use it for family members although I prefer Messenger.

Pro: it works.
Con: it's Google

It was pre installed on my tablet. Pity I can only deactivate, but not delete it.

Hangout Apps???

I vaguely remember seeing that yonks ago, connected to Google account. I don't use any of that stuff, don't know anybody who does use it either.
People are on Insta, FB, these days using 'stories' a lot. I seriously never heard of anyone on Hangout App? Maybe it's an American thing. Like many of you don't use WhatsApp, over here everyone does, even my 76 year old mother, hihi.

So I'd say
-cons: No one uses it
-Pros: are there any if no one uses it?
